SERVICE COSTS

RENT PAYMENT
Monthly in advance.
VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. The tenant declares that at least 90% of its activities are subject to VAT. If at any time the tenant no longer meets this criterion, the lease will automatically be considered VAT-exempt. In such case, the agreed base rent (excluding VAT) will be increased to compensate the landlord for the financial disadvantage.
RENT INDEXATION
Annually, for the first time one year after the lease commencement date, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) – all households (2015 = 100), as published by the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics.
SECURITY
The tenant must provide a bank guarantee or deposit equal to at least three months’ rent, increased with VAT.
